Our last meeting at Sonderen Packaging was nothing short of inspiring! A huge thank you to Keva Sonderen for sharing her wisdom on building confidence and connection through the power of saying yes—and just as importantly, saying no, but thanks for asking.
Keva reminded us that growth doesn’t happen in our comfort zones. It happens when we say yes to the opportunities that challenge us, stretch us, and maybe even make us a little nervous. But she also emphasized the importance of setting boundaries with grace and confidence—because sometimes, saying no is just as empowering as saying yes.
And can we take a moment to talk about those incredible centerpieces Sonderen Packaging created for us? Not only were they beautifully designed, but they were also a perfect reflection of the creativity and craftsmanship that make their company so outstanding.
As we hop into spring, let’s embrace the moments that push us outside our comfort zones. Whether it’s taking on a leadership role, speaking up in a meeting, or pursuing a new opportunity, let’s challenge ourselves to lean into the discomfort—because that’s where the magic happens!
Thank you all for your continued engagement and commitment to this incredible network. I can’t wait to see what we say yes (and no!) to next.
In gratitude,
Jen Goe
