Letter from the President – May 2025

by Jen Goe
EWI of Spokane Chapter President

Hello EWI Rockstars!

Spring has officially sprung, and so has our energy after an incredible April Anniversary Meeting! Can we just take a moment to give a standing ovation to the phenomenal Dr. Shari McMahan?  She didn’t just speak to us—she lit up the room with her wisdom, wit, and powerhouse presence. Shari reminded us what it means to lead with authenticity, grit, and heart, and maybe made us all want to add a few more sparkles to our professional toolkits!

As we celebrated another year of empowering, connecting, and growing together, I couldn’t help but feel overwhelming gratitude for each of you. Whether you’re a longtime member or a new face just diving in—you are what makes this Chapter thrive. Our anniversary wasn’t just a celebration of years on a calendar; it was a celebration of the impact we’re making in our community and in each other’s lives.

Let’s carry that momentum forward into the months ahead. We’ve got exciting things coming, and I encourage you to stay plugged in, show up, and bring your awesome self to the table. You never know who you’ll inspire—or who’ll inspire you.

Here’s to bold ideas, big connections, and showing up like the bosses we are.

With gratitude and a grin,

Jen Goe
President, EWI of Spokane
