BYLAWS SECTION 1 (Excerpt)
B. Nomination of Chapter Board of Directors. Prior to the business meeting at which the Nominating Committee reports, written notice of the proposed slate shall be sent to all Representatives. Other nominations may thereafter be submitted in writing to the President fifteen (15) days prior to the Annual Meeting, and the President shall notify the membership. Further nominations may be made from thefloor of the meeting. If there is more than one nominee for an office, the vote shall be by ballot.
