EWI of Spokane nominates and elects a new Board of Officers and Directors to lead our Chapter each year. These leaders are installed at our September meeting, and their term of office is October 1 to September 30. The Nominating Committee is tasked with compiling a complete slate for the Chapter to approve.
To nominate (yourself or someone else), navigate to the web form here, enter your first choice for each position, and if desired, your second choice—self nominations are welcome and encouraged! Following announcement of the slate of officers at the July chapter meeting on July 19, 2022, further nominations may be made in writing to the President by any representative at least fifteen (15) days prior to the August chapter annual business meeting on August 16, 2022, at which time nominations automatically close. A nominee must indicate his/her willingness to serve if elected.
A minimum of three (3) directors, which includes the President-Elect, must have served on the Chapter Board the previous year. No director shall serve more than five (5) consecutive terms.
