Cooking Class: Thai Curry Party!

Cooking class with Charlie Martin, a SCC Culinary Faculty member

Thai Curry Party! Make Green curry with chicken, mushrooms and broccoli; Red curry with shrimp and pineapple; plus Massaman curry with Pork and winter squash to serve all three over Jasmine Rice.

This class will be held over Zoom. Ingredients will be available for pick-up before the event. Details TBC and will be provided by email after registration. Not all dietary needs will be tailored to within ingredients provided, but substitutions can be suggested prior to the class.
