- Parking is available in metered street spots or in the Convention Center’s parking garage below the exhibit halls. To easily access the Roof Deck, enter the Convention Center through the “Breezeway” between the First Interstate Center for the Arts and the Convention Center. View map

- Chopped Salad: sliced strawberries, almonds, and goat cheese with a raspberry vinaigrette
- Seasonal Fruit Salad
- Sliced Pork Loin: with a dried cherry compote
- Grilled Herbed Chicken Breast: over russotto and a lemon thyme sauce
- Rigatoni: with brown butter and sautéed mushrooms
